Access experienced operational support when you need it, without the cost or commitment of adding another permanent senior role. JMRT can work alongside your leadership team on an ongoing or ad-hoc basis to solve operational challenges, deliver improvements and keep important projects moving forward. Your consultancy days can include: operational problem-solving, process and workflow improvement, KPI and management-information development, project and change support, systems and automation projects, team and operating-model development, customer journey improvement, implementation of previous recommendations, management support and development of practical business tools, processes and frameworks. Before each engagement, we’ll agree the priorities, intended outcomes and deliverables for the consultancy time. Depending on the work required, deliverables could include process maps, dashboards, management reports, action plans, operational frameworks, analysis, recommendations or completed improvement projects. Indicative ongoing options: ad-hoc support from £650/day, 2 days per month from £1,250, or 4 days per month from £2,400. Larger requirements are quoted separately.
